Lanarkshire Housing Association is a registered Social Landlord and since its inception in 1978, has grown and developed into an organisation with a genuine reputation for delivering the highest standards of quality and service within the social housing sector.
Originally part of the Motherwell district, they now operate under the North Lanarkshire Council banner and support the social housing in areas including Motherwell, Bellshill, Mossend, Newarthill, Carfin, New Stevenson and Tannochside.
As a membership organisation they very much promote inclusion, positively promoting the involvement of their members within the decision-making process to create a more effective, efficient service.

Finance and Corporate Services Director
Following a change in the leadership of the Association, there is an opportunity for a highly motivated and talented individual to join the senior management team as the Finance & Corporate Services Director.
The Association is looking for an individual who will lead on all aspects of finance, risk and financial governance. The position will allow for the development and management of all finance and administrative functions within the organisation and the opportunity to define the strategic goals and objectives for future service provision.
In addition to being a senior member of the management team and providing an effective management service, an understanding of committee administration is required.
