Welcome to Eden Scott, The People Business.
Our story began in 2003 with a desire for something different.
Having amassed a wealth of experience, our three founders, Guy, Chris and Michelle, decided to leave one of Scotland's largest recruitment companies in search of another way, dare we say it, a better way.
They set up in a cramped office in Edinburgh with nothing more than a computer, a phone, and a vision.
Initially targeting the semi conductor market, and a series of SME's across Scotland, the team managed to turn a profit in year one and haven't looked back.
Eden Scott now comprises 40 recruiters across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. We find the very best candidates for companies across more than 15 industries.
We provide permanent, contract and temporary recruitment services for businesses of any size, and support graduates to C-suite candidates to find their next role.
As part of our tailored approach to recruitment, we can design and deliver assessment centres and create compelling digital recruitment campaigns. Plus, we've launched TalentSpark, the recruitment service for start-ups and early-stage companies.
Where we are today
Things may look a little different now than they did in 2003. But one thing has remained consistent - our passion for working with great people.
After launching in Edinburgh, we quickly established a base in Glasgow. Later, we expanded into Aberdeen to support the vast engineering and financial services sectors in the Northeast of Scotland.
We are now targeting an international market in gaming and AI across Euopre as investment flows into the region. You never know where we'll go next.
However, wherever our journey takes us, our values keep us pointing in the right direction.
