Welcome to Eden Scott, the people business. Our team find great people, the right job with the right company.
Our story began in 2003 with a desire for something different. Having amassed a wealth of experience, our three intrepid founders, Guy, Chris and Michelle, decided to leave one of Scotland's biggest recruiters in search of another way.
Together with a few equally passionate recruiters, eight of them set up in a cramped office in Edinburgh with nothing more than a computer, a phone, and their network.
Eden Scott now has over 40 recruiters across three different offices, supporting more than 15 industries to find the very best people.
It means that we have a team of professional recruiters who rally against the market. We provide permanent, contract and temporary recruitment services for businesses of any size.
As well as recruitment, we also design and deliver assessment centres, create compelling digital recruitment campaigns and have developed, TalentSpark, the recruitment service specifically for start-ups and early-stage companies.
Where we are today
From those humble beginnings, our business has ebbed and flowed with tides of time. But one thing has remained consistent throughout, our passion for working with great people.
We started in Edinburgh but quickly established a base in Glasgow and moved to support Aberdeen's vast engineering and financial services talent by growing a team in the Northeast.
As our international recruitment starts to grow, who knows where next.
