esure's leaders are always close by, so you’ll continually be supported as you settle in. Helping to get you started, their dedicated trainers spend the first few weeks with you in their training area before you head off to our graduation bay for a further few weeks. So, don’t worry if you don’t have previous insurance experience, they'll help you every step of the way to be your best.
All they ask is you have previous customer service experience and be focused on exceeding their customers’ expectations, and you’ll be thanked for this.
