Findlater's Fine Foods began life as a happy accident. The restaurant team had become well-known for their hand-made pate, which was sold through the delicatessen.
By 2004 the demand for their highly sought after pate became so much, the business had to build a bigger kitchen to cope with demand.
Despite the tremendous demand, the team have retained their hand-made approach and still produce the pate in small batches, which helps maintain the restaurant quality and deliver exceptional flavours and textures.
Fantastic Product Range
Findlater's are absolutely committed to the highest possible standards. They produce a wide range of pates, including duck, chicken and venison. As part of their ongoing commitment to continual improvement, they have broadened their product offering to include vegetarian and fish pates and extended their range to dips and pies.
Findlater's pate and their Coleslaws are also naturally free of gluten
Findlater's commitment to quality has been recognised on several occasions since its inception. They have now received 12 Great Taste Gold awards for their pates and their dips.
A Team of Foodies
There is a small team of passionate foodies at Findlaters. Led by founder and MD Martin (Findlater) Henderson, the team are all committed to the business and driven to deliver the very best quality for their customers
