PgMS Delivering For NHS

Programme and Project Delivery

We define a clear way forward for all programmes and projects. This ensures they deliver their outcomes on time and on budget, with clear benefits and effective risk management. We have successfully delivered programmes including the launch of new national health bodies, the transformation of patient and diagnostic services across Scotland and business cases for multi-million pound capital construction.

Transformation and design solutions

We design health and social care services that put people first through inclusive, ethical research and design methods. We use analytics and data to complement qualitative research methods and always focus on exploring the problem before designing the solution. By understanding pain points and inefficiencies  we can deliver value through transformation.

Rapid deployment

Our extensive experience of partnering with NHSScotland means we’re uniquely placed to support you with urgent and critical healthcare demands. Our role in the pandemic response further demonstrates that we have the expertise, insight and capability to respond rapidly to the challenges you face. For example, we provided programme infrastructure and resources to support the successful establishment of NHS Louisa Jordan. We also deployed project teams at pace in health boards across Scotland to facilitate the roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines.
