Strategic Planning

Every health and social care partnership in Scotland must have a strategic plan that outlines the vision and future direction of their health and social care services. This includes detailing how the nine national health and wellbeing outcomes for health and social care will be achieved locally, along with the six public health priorities for Scotland. Strategic plans are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain relevant to the needs of the area and its residents.
