We are delighted to be working on behalf of our O&G client to recruit for a Document Controller & Administrator. This role will initially be on a temporary basis with an immediate start until the end of December with the possibility to go permanent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting the project administration & document control service needs of the project teams by taking a 'can do' approach to day to day service delivery and challenges which may arise
  • Be proficient in and adhere to the Document Control and Administration BMS process and procedures and accompanying guidelines and deliver this service in accordance with relevant Company procedures
  • Be an active participant in continuous development and upskill of self within the role in accordance to the training and competency matrix
  • Act as Super-user and trainer, fully utilising key project administration & document control systems and tools
  • Be prepared to positively represent the project administration & document control service within the project team and company environment
  • Skills for taking and producing minutes of meetings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience of administrative and document control processes and systems gained in an office environment preferably oil and gas industry
  • Excellent level of Microsoft Word
  • ERP system experience
  • Excel Skills
  • A 'Can Do' attitude
