Inside Sales Supervisor


Eden Scott is currently working with our well known client - an oilfield services company, for an inside sales supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.


  • Motivate and supervise customer support coordinators
  • Complete annual appraisals for customer support coordinators
  • Develop and improve procedures and processes between customer support team and internal customers
  • Assist sales engineers with customer communications
  • Liaise with Finance department to ensure timely invoicing
  • Assist sales engineers in exploiting and developing new sales opportunities whilst maintaining a high company profile
  • Attend customer meetings with sales engineers or individually
  • Assist with enquiry review, quote/bid preparations and contract review
  • Assist with preparation of customer presentations
  • Achieve budget and/or set monthly product sale revenue targets
  • Monitor and report sales order status to sales or customer; working with material and production planners to provide a reliable progress schedule
  • Managing sales and rental orders to meet customer requirements and reconcile the close-out
  • Promote and provide continuous and effective after-sales support
  • Source drawings, technical information and data as required


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry - preferably within subsea and/or drilling and completion systems
  • Knowledge of commercial and contractual matters
  • Excellent communication skills
