Financial Adviser Support
My client, a thriving financial consultancy who are part of one of the largest financial advice platforms in the UK, due to internal promotion and continual growth, are looking to recruit an additional IFA Administrator in their office just out side of Bathgate.
This is the ideal role for an IFA Administrator looking to progress their career and join a small team of professionals that truly support you in your personal and career development where hard work is recognised and rewarded.
Initially you shall work collaboratively supporting the advisers and business developer with general administration to include;
- Processing new business applications
- Navigating various investment platforms
- Producing reports on behalf of advisers
- Chasing up provider information
- Setting up client meetings
- preparation of annual review packs
- Providing a professional and friendly service to new and existing clients
To be considered, applicants should have a minimum of 1 year experience within a financial planning firm where diploma status or progress toward this would be advantageous. You should have a passion for the job and be able to manage workloads efficiently whilst maintaining a professional attitude.
