CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST OPPORTUNITIES

NHS Tayside are looking to recruit dynamic, passionate and flexible candidates who are fully Registered Medical Practitioners and are holders of MRCPsych or equivalent and an appropriate CCT.

NHS Tayside and its three health and social care partnerships run specialist mental health services for the people of Tayside. Opportunities in General Adult Psychiatry inpatient and community services; Intellectual & Developmental Disability; Child and Adolescent Mental Health; Older Peoples Mental Health; and Forensic Psychiatry are now available for the right individuals who want to help shape the services that are to be delivered through a system where the people who receive, and the professionals who deliver care are treated as equal. Successful candidates will have a sound understanding of the role of the consultant psychiatrist and play a key part within strong multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of person centred, safe and effective care, treatment and services.
