My client is a reputable Financial Organisation with a first class reputation within the pensions industry. A rare new job vacancy has become available for an experienced DB, final salary pensions administrator to join the team based in Edinburgh. Due to coronavirus working from home is expected for the foreseeable as staff safety is paramount, with flexibility thereafter.
In the job you will be cleaning with a portfolio of clients, carrying out full cycle administration to them. This is a technical role and you will administer all queries in a timely and prompt nature to maintain and ensure first class customer satisfaction. There will be extensive client contact so you will get to know your clients whilst the job still requires excellent manual calculation skills. All of this must be done in line with company and FCA regulations and inputted into internal databases.
To be considered for the job you must have at least one years defined benefit/ final salary administration experience, either in house or in a consultancy/life environment. Excellent IT skills and software knowledge is vital (in particular excel) as is your time management skills and communication abilities since client satisfaction is imperative. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment to strict deadlines and manage high work loads.
