Final salary, DB Pension Team Leader
My client is a highly regarded organisation. A new and exciting job opportunity has become available within their in house pensions team for an experienced Senior Defined Benefit (DB), Final Salary administrator or Manager in their Edinburgh office.
In the role you will be in charge of the team of defined benefit administrators reporting to the section head. You will proactively manage develop and coach your team members to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of schemes in line with legislative requirements and regulations, whilst also being in charge of your own set of schemes. Along with this you will have the opportunity to implement change and develop processes to further increase team and company efficiency and also be a part of committee meetings and further client base expansion.
To be considered you will have a strong background in final salary or DB administration and have a sound knowledge of Propay and Pro fund systems and have a detailed knowledge of PAYE. Experience of team management is preferred as is holding some financial qualifications (PMI). Excellent organisational skills and communicative abilities are vital and you will have a proven record of interacting well with teams across various levels and have an ability to be an active team contributer to ensure service levels are met even with a heavy workload.
