HR Partner


Eden Scott is recruiting for an HR Partner for our client based on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

The purpose of the role is to provide a full HR Partner service to a designated area/department, supporting the Head of HR in the delivery of the HR strategy and operational plan.

The HR Department provides the full range of strategic and operational services for the wider organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, there is a team of HR Partners, responsible for the delivery of hr services to an allocated area/department within their structure.

  • Provide an efficient HR Partner service to the designated Department
  • Support Organisational Development strategies to ensure a consistent application of performance management, staff development, succession planning and change management
  • Proactively manage the core compliment within the area of designated responsibility
  • Manage a full range of employee relations case work including discipline and grievance, management of performance, sickness absence etc
  • Utilise iTrent management information to pro-actively inform HR Partner meetings with managers
  • Ensure iTrent data accuracy and integrity
  • Proactively monitor and update HR policies and procedures and provide advice, support and guidance to stakeholders
  • Participate in and support the range of annual processes including Reward and Recognition and Policy Reviews
  • Provide HR administration expertise

Our client is seeking an individual with significant generalist HR experienced, gained withina busy and complex environment, with experience of providing guidance and support on policies and procedures and using HR systems, including management reporting.
