IFA Sales Support
A leading, chartered IFA in Edinburgh's city centre have a unique opportunity for an experienced IFA administrator to join their expanding team. The vacancy would be ideal for someone currently working in an advisory office/wealth Management in a support capacity, looking to join a forward thinking, upbeat and progressive company where your input would be truly valued. Support with exams and career development are massively encouraged.
If successful in this role, you will be the backbone to the delivery of service to both new and existing clients. You will be comfortable building relationships with new and existing clients.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar role with exposure and understanding of Intelligent Office. You will have used platform and provider websites and also have experience using comparison sites.
Main responsibilities include setting up new client records, while managing existing clients. You will be monitoring new business to ensure it is completed within agreed timescales, keeping the client up to date with progress. Managing any proposition changes and fund switches for products/ providers as well as withdrawals.
