Our client is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team at a time of rapid growth. This is a full-time permanent role with flexibility around working patterns. Ideally, you will be based in Edinburgh or Perth.
- Request Cabling records from Electricity Network Operators as and when required
- Update the companies CRM system accurately and in timely fashion
- Book appointments with our Installation Contractors to carry-out site surveys
- Request and Manage quotations from Suppliers
- Request Plans for Legal documentation as and when required
- Liaise with our supplier to arrange metering installations
- Provide weekly / monthly Operational reports
- Work closely and provide support when required to other parts of the business
Strong administration experience and proficiency with MS Office is desirable, as is exposure to pulling coordinates from Google Maps.
