Pension team manager - DC, employee benefits
Due to further growth and increased workload our exclusive client who focus on pension and retirement savings require a number of members of staff to join their Edinburgh team with hybrid working available. Two new manager opportunities have arisen - one for maternity cover and one permanent - along with a number of defined contribution pension/ employee benefit administration roles (senior and admin). They will also continue to grow over the next 12 months.
We're looking to speak to experienced team managers and senior administrators particularly within the employee benefits or DC pensions sector who are looking for a new challenge.
For managerial, service delivery is paramount to them so you'll be highly client focussed and comitted to exceeding expectations. The team are warm, professional and close knit where you would be able to get fully to grips with your clients and staff. Within the role you'll have the opportunity to implement change, carry out cradle to grave work, seeing through end to end processes, mitigating risk and ensuring high compliance standards are seen to.
To be considered you must have previous supervisor or team management experience, perhaps professional qualifications within the pensions secctor or employee benefits. In addition, will be able to engage with clients across all levels (trustees, directors, UK and international), have evidence of taking ownership of your work, team and providing strong leadership abilities.
It is key you have excellent technical/legislative knowledge, able to work with others and support the training/ development of staff - esclating any issues accordingly.
