Senior HR Analyst
Eden Scott is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable name on the market with great offices and culture, to recruit a Senior HR Analyst on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months with potential for longer term opportunity within the business.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience with Sage People (Formally Fairsail) systems administrator/configurator with an understanding of the different functions within a HR team (e.g. recruitment, on/off boarding, business partnering/support, performance appraisal & management, reward & benefits, learning & development, payroll), so having a HR generalist background would be an advantage.
You will take on a core role in the small team which looks after the People Data and the tools and systems used to hold, maintain and distribute it, supporting and in time leading key pieces of work/projects aimed at improving how the HR function runs and supports the wider organisation.
If you have a blend of general HR knowledge with experience of excel pivots/macros, HRIS system configurations (including workflows, formula fields, data models, etc.), report writing then, this role could be for you.
- System thinker, i.e. able to formulate, visualise and articulate both individual processes, and larger operating models or projects
- Curiosity, i.e. demonstrated passion for understanding the meaning & reasoning behind data patterns, or for how a system or process works and could be improved.
- Proven experience of streamlining and automating manual processes to create efficiencies across the HR lifecycle using multiple technology solutions
- Be able to communicate the technical changes/upgrades in an easy to understand manner to internal HR as well as the wider employee population
