Senior IFA Administrator/Office Manager
I am currently working exclusively with a reputable Financial Planning firm in the heart of Edinburgh in their search for a senior IFA Administrator to join their close knit team, providing shared support to a group of advisers in the business.
This is a unique role that offering a mix of IFA support and office management responsibilities and an excellent opportunity for someone already in an IFA support role looking to take on management duties, getting involved with workshops and developing processes.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for supporting the advisers advice process which includes;
- Preparation of client files,
- Liaising with providers and producing valuations
- Carrying out fund switches and encashments
- Processing new business applications
- Tracking fee incomes and commissions
- Ensuring processes are up to date and supporting less experienced members of the team.
To be considered you should have a minimum of 2 years experience working within an IFA or Wealth management firm in a support capacity, have a professional manner with the ability to manage heavy workloads, be proficient in Microsoft office tools where platform knowledge would be highly advantageous.
