Senior Pension Implementation Analyst
Our award winning, national pensions consultancy are looking to further grow their technical pensions team due to business volumes and increasing workload, by appointing a Senior Pensions Implementation Analyst. Throughout recent times they have adjusted well to virtual onboarding of staff along with remote working - their systems enable them to be collaborating fully across the teams. This role can be based throughout the UK and entirely remotely if desired permanently.
Working within the pension implementation team you will be ensuring the smooth onboarding of projects for existing clients, along with implementation of new. This is an exciting time to be joining this technical team, to utilise expert knowledge and add value.
Additionally you will be engaging with clients to provide system demonstrations - defining requirements where necessary. Any changes recognised for areas of improvement will have the opportunity to be implemented to ensure best service.
You'll require first class high level knowledge of legislation systems, functionality within the pension, payroll and treasury areas. Working at a senior level, there is the opportunity to progress and develop leadership skills.
Essential requirements for the job include:
- Expert knowledge of pensions system implementation
- Understanding of benefit administration systems
- Complex data manipulation skills
- Able to work and collaborate well across a project team.
- Systems/IT skills expert in MS office is essential. Experience in SQL, .NET desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, engage and work well with colleagues/clients.
