Eden Scott have a fresh opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator to join our client, an independent advisory firm who offer whole of market advice to HNW clients, working in a small team of 3 administrators providing full support to an Independent adviser within the office Wed - Fri (3 days per week)

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in the market who is perhaps looking to take a step back and reduce their hours working in friendly and close knit team.

Within the team, work shall be shared between the administrators where you shall take responsibility for dealing with client valuations and renewals, setting up client meetings, compiling client packs, producing reports, product research etc.

The role shall involve a high amount of client contact meaning strong interpersonal skills are key. You shall be required to pick up addition support work during holiday periods, as well as maintain client files and update systems (Intelligent Office).

The ideal candidate shall have existing experience supporting advisers directly and exposure to intelligent Office. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to integrate well into a friend and warm team who believe in a good work/life balance.

In return, our client offer annual salary reviews and Christmas bonus, 3% employee pension contribution and 31 days annual leave/18.6 days for PT hours.
