Eden Scott is seeking an immediately available Administratoir with experience or familiarity with procurement processes for our client within the energy sector. This opportunity is available on a temporary basis until 31st March 2021 initially abd will be home based, working remotelely.
The Team is responsible for supporting the business procure goods, works and services in a timely and cost-effective way and deliver the best possible service to their customers by ensuring their network is compliant and meets contractual obligations.
The successful individual will assist the Procurement Helpdesk team by providing guidance and support in the use of their systems and processes including onboarding new suppliers. You will also manage email enquiries and service requests from internal customers and maintenance of material held within SharePoint, completing tasks that support delivery.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding/experience working within the energy sector with general procurement procedural experience.
Excellent customer service skills with experience using Outlook and Office 365 is essential and knowledge of Oracle Procurement would be an advantage.
