They are a leading investor, developer, and operator of renewable energy projects, committed to driving the UK and Europe towards net zero.

The Role


As an Associate Procurement Specialist, you will support the operations of the Procurement and Commercial team by:



  • Managing procurement for a wide range of goods and services (e.g., IT, consultancy, financial services).

  • Administering and maintaining procurement systems, including P2P and CMS.

  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and overseeing tender processes.

  • Running reports, reconciling data, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

  • Building and managing vendor and supplier relationships.

About You


Essential Skills & Experience



  • Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Quick to learn new IT systems and processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work or training.


Desirable Skills & Experience



  • Knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, and financial management.

  • Familiarity with systems such as P2P, CMS, or MS SharePoint.

  • Administrative experience or stakeholder engagement skills.


Qualifications



  • A degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Progress towards a CIPS qualification or membership in a procurement organisation is a plus.
