Who will you be working for?
Our client is a rapidly scaling technology business focused on enhancing the efficiency and reliability of modern power networks.


Their patented technology allows grid operators to monitor assets over unprecedented distances, reducing outages and operational costs. With their novel approach to key problems, they're transforming the electrical power industry and accelerating the transition to clean energy.


What will you be doing?
As their Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving activity and closing new and existing business across the UK and European markets.


In this role, you will be responsible for:



  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and applications within the electrical power industry.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.

  • Managing both new and existing customer relationships, helping to further establish the company's brand and reputation.

  • Harness the information you gather to support continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation


To thrive as a candidate, you will have:



  • A proven track record of sales delivery within the electrical power industry.

  • Experience in complex project sales and navigating intricate supply chains.

  • The ability to travel and meet customers and key stakeholders for face-to-face discussions.

  • Great communication skills, with fluency in English being key.


Prior experience selling high-tech solutions within the electrical power industry, or high-voltage equipment, is highly valued but not essential
