Client Services Administrator

Eden Scott is working with a client to recruit an Administrator with experience in professional services. The purpose of this role is to guarantee smooth and efficient operations at the office, offering administrative assistance to Investment colleagues. This involves maintaining compliance standards and delivering exceptional client service to assist clients in achieving their investment goals.

Role Responsibilties:

  • Aid in client account administration and onboarding, ensuring accurate data input.

  • Distribute portfolio information to clients via post and email.

  • Manage fund transfers, client payments, and ISA subscriptions.

  • Prepare client documents for Investment Managers, including review packs and proposals.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing departmental mail promptly.

  • Execute mail merges and other tasks as assigned by the team.

  • Assist with client inquiries and ad-hoc requests via phone and email.

  • Uphold a customer-centric culture in line with regulatory standards.

  • Report any risks affecting clients or the firm's reputation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Maintain professionalism and prioritize client satisfaction.

  • Take ownership and provide feedback for process improvement consistently.

Application Requirements:

  • Attained A-level equivalent education with qualifications in Maths and English at National 5/GCSE level.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks and analyzing intricate data.

  • Possess sound understanding of Financial Services and FCA regulations.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (intermediate level) through hands-on experience.
