Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast growing start up based in Bearsden, Glasgow.

They are a close-knit team and seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's storytelling and audience education and engagement across all channels - driving effective, insight-led content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communications and content strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.


• Manage a team of communications professionals and freelance/agency partners.


• Drive performance analysis and optimization of communications campaigns.


• Provide strategic communications advice and support to senior management.


• Support PR outreach by cultivating relationships with influencers, partners, and the media.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (ideally 5-6 years) in digital communications, content creation, email marketing, and data-driven communications.


• Strong understanding of social media platforms (FB, INSTA, TIKTOK, LINKEDIN) and their best practices.


• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital strategy.


• Excellent writing and editing skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field. preferred.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a corporate or in-house marketing role.


• B2C , health care or medical experience a plus


• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.


• Experience using analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness.
