Finance Manager

Eden Scott Accountancy & Finance is delighted to be supporting a well-known, values-driven organisation in Glasgow to recruit an Interim Finance Manager on an initial 3–4 month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a hands-on leadership role within a busy finance function. Reporting to the senior finance team, you will take ownership of core financial processes while leading a high-performing team and delivering immediate impact during a key period.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support the finance processing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Take ownership of month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor cashflow and support treasury planning activities
• Maintain the fixed asset register and oversee CAPEX reporting
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting cycles
• Support during peak periods with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Coordinate external audit requirements and ensure deadlines are met

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong technical accounting skills across reporting, controls and reconciliations
• Proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to hit the ground running
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
