Head of Operations
Location: Glasgow, on-site

We are recruiting for a sales & operational leader to join the team and oversee all aspects of sales, operations, and marketing as well as general management of day-to-day needs in finance, recruitment, training, compliance, and business development.
Job Summary:
This leader will play a pivotal role in revenue growth and operational execution of all business activities. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing human resources functions-including recruitment, training, staff performance, and compliance-as well as monitoring financial performance, sales targets, and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
These are some of the tasks you will oversee and optimise in collaboration with relevant leaders
- Recruitment of Consultants & Clinical staff
- Recruitment of Clinical Staff
- Clinic Management
- Track medication, therapy, and parenting program numbers and monitor for demand/capacity.
- Monitor available and used appointment slots weekly and monthly.
- Analyse revenue by source and implement necessary adjustments.
- Compliance Management, policy reviews, annual audit
Sales & Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including developing sales targets and
- strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt
- sales strategies accordingly
- Achieve quarterly sales quota, sales pipeline & budgeting
- Develop sales processes for end-to-end sales cycle
- Drive customer satisfaction, feedback, and patient cycle management
- Revenue forecasting & headcount planning
- Sales coaching & call monitoring
- Performance management
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and sales processes for goal attainment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong coaching supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field;
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management & senior operations preferably in the
- healthcare or diagnostics sector.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage
- cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM and operational management software
