Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a full-time, permanent HR Advisor to join their Aberdeen team. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering efficient, timely, and accurate HR services to onshore employees in the UK and globally. This role involves providing day-to-day HR generalist advice and support to a diverse range of employees and managers, with a strong emphasis on HR digitalisation, data integrity, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities:



  • HR Business Partnering: Ensure legal compliance and provide policy guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and absence processes.



  • Recruitment & Resourcing: Support management in identifying staffing needs and coordinating recruitment.



  • Employee Relations: Develop initiatives to enhance employee relations within the region and across business units.



  • HR Processes Coordination: Oversee HR processes in collaboration with HR, payroll, and logistics teams for accuracy and efficiency.



  • Performance Management: Implement performance review processes, document training needs, and support ongoing performance management.



  • HR Systems Utilisation: Optimize HR information systems for accurate data delivery and maintain data integrity.



  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage the employee life cycle in collaboration with global HR teams.



  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Produce monthly HR metrics, develop dashboards, and generate reports for decision-making.



  • Global HR Initiatives: Participate in global HR projects related to compensation, benefits, staffing, and policy development.



  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Use PowerBI and HR dashboards for data analysis and decision-making.

    • Automate data management and visualisation.

    • Develop visual reports and dashboards.

    • Investigate data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

    • Analyse HR process data to identify trends and efficiencies.




Desired Experience & Skills:


  • Education: Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.



  • Experience: Relevant experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a global organisation.



  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and employee benefits.



  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all stakeholder levels.



  • Networking: Effective at influencing and networking within the organisation.



  • Organisation: Ability to prioritise tasks during high-volume periods and manage changing priorities.



  • IT Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel (formulas & V-lookup), Microsoft Office, and HR Information Systems, particularly SAP.
