Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting a client seeking a HR Advisor on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate would be an experience generalist confident dealing with employee relations, HR policy & practise. This role would be fully office based.
The responsibilities include:
- Provide daily HR Employee Relations support, serving as the initial contact for HR queries.
- Ensure fair, confidential handling of HR matters, following legal and company standards.
- Assist HR Manager in developing and executing KPIs and the HR Plan.
- Act on HR Plan objectives within set timeframes, including talent and absence management.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Educate and guide Management on HR processes, especially related to absences.
- Manage Employee Relations according to Balmoral's guidelines.
- Lead Payroll tasks, ensuring timely processing for new hires, departures, and salary changes.
- Multiple years' experience in a HR Generalist-type role.
- Strong grasp of HR Policy, Practice, and current employment laws.
- Effective team collaboration and capable of working independently.
- Proven track record of delivering in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Versatile generalist experience, eager to embrace new challenges for business growth.
- Competence in Learning and Development, including competence management.
- Skilled at interpreting and analyzing HR Metrics to inform decision-making.
