Investment Client Reporting Specialist

Eden Scott's Client is currently seeking a professional individual to join a prestigious Investment organisation based in Edinburgh, the successful individual will provide fund information to all clients, custodian banks and trustees, and consultants, You will gather and collate reporting information which will include client holdings transaction, unit values, fund fact sheets.

The successful individual will work and communicate with a variety of clients and provide reporting and solutions to meet specific external clients requirements. You will ensure client reports are accurate and timely reported

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal client and provide investment reporting solutions to meet our client needs


• Produce critical reporting and distribution function daily and ensure accurate and timely produced


• Create RFP master document which capture key company information, pre approved by compliance


• Evaluate systems, processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.


• Create and research reports


• Analyse reports


• Understanding the flow clients and fund information


• Set up and maintain reports to clients, trustees, custodian


• Complete various reports /projects


• Network at all levels to raise profile

Person Specification

• High level of technical fund experience


• Previous Client Reporting Experience


• Develop team


• Excellent Communication skills


• Team Player


• Excellence Presentation Skills is a must


• Flexible and open to accepting new challenges
