Excellent opportunity for an ITAM Specialist to join leading banking organisation to to ensure their Service, Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) function is best in class.

SACM is a crucial process in IT Service Management (ITSM) that ensures the optimal management of IT assets throughout their lifecycle. They are looking for a dynamic asset specialist with a focus on HAM expertise to join their busy SACM team in TOCS.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Supporting development of lifecycle processes from procurement to disposal.

  • Asset baselining and normalisation.

  • Configuring and optimising ServiceNow Asset and HAM PRO modules.

  • Implementing and executing verification processes, stock audits, and reporting solutions.

  • Driving process improvements and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

  • Developing training materials and acting as the primary point of contact for asset management.

Experience required:


  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and improving Asset (HAM) management at scale.

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow, specifically in managing the Asset and/or HAM modules.

  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise IT technologies (servers, databases, networks, storage, virtualization).

  • Familiarity with ITIL principles (ITIL v4 certification preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in developing and executing dashboards, controls, KPIs, and reporting (preferably in ServiceNow; SharePoint and Power BI experience is a plus).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable experience:


  • Knowledge of Configuration Management (CMDB) or Software Asset Management (SAM).


Location: UK based - Remote working with occasional travel to local office if required for workshops.
