We're seeking an experienced Procurement & Commercial Manager to lead contract management, oversee procurement processes, and support key energy projects.


This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a growing organisation driving the UK and Europe's clean energy transition.

The Role



  • Lead and develop the contract management team.

  • Manage procurement, tendering, and governance compliance.

  • Support strategic procurement.

  • Oversee contract administration, financial oversight, and risk management.

  • Develop policies, processes, and contracts.

  • Act as a key contact for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.

  • Deputise for the Head of Procurement & Commercial when needed.



What You Need


Essential:



  • Proven leadership in procurement and contract management (engineering & construction).

  • Degree in procurement, supply chain, commercial management, law, or business.

  • Professional qualifications (e.g. MRICS, MCIPS, MCICES).

  • Expertise in procurement, tendering, governance, contract drafting, and risk management.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and dispute resolution skills.

  • Background in supplier relationship management and project management.

Desirable:



  • Experience in renewable energy projects (onshore/offshore wind).

  • Knowledge of joint ventures and asset management.

  • Familiarity with procurement IT systems (P2P, ERP).

  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM PFQ).
