Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a Receptionist on a permanent, full-time basis. The client is looking for someone to join the team in their bustling North Aberdeen office. The successful candidate would be joining a company who offer work-life balance and are passionate about creating a positive working environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and callers.

  • Efficiently managing phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.

  • Booking, setting up, and tidying meeting rooms.

  • Keeping track of our firm's motor vehicle reservations.

  • Managing incoming mail, correspondence, and parcels.

  • Ensuring office equipment, like photocopiers and fax machines, are properly supplied.

  • Maintaining a neat and orderly reception area and kitchen.

  • Taking on any other tasks that arise.

Application requirements:

  • Previous reception experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Comfortable working on multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.

To be eligible for this role, you will need the unrestricted right to work in the UK with no current or future VISA requirements.
