Your new role:

This is an opportunity for a professional and experienced receptionist to work in this city centre professional services organisation on an ongoing basis.

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Answering phone and email enquiries or redirecting to relevant colleague

  • Arranging meetings and managing bookings of meeting facilities

  • General front of house administration

Experience Required:

  • Reception

  • Excellent phone manner and administrative skills

  • Hospitality experience would be advantageous

  • Excellent communication skills
