Our client a rapidly growing business in the City Centre are seeking a Sales & Marketing Adminsitrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties and requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and/or digital marketing

  • Passionate about promoting the brand and driven by the desire to provide top-notch support to customers.

  • You should be comfortable using software such as WordPress, and Canva, and ideally, you've had experience with other marketing and customer support tools

  • Understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with clients and are ready to go the extra mile to ensure clients have everything they need.

  • Organised and have strong literacy and communication skills.

  • Providing exceptional support to our software customers, helping them get the most out of the products.

  • Responding promptly and professionally to support queries

  • Organising and leading onboarding sessions and regular customer meetings

  • Regularly checking in with customers to ensure their needs are met.

  • Maintain internal relationships.

  • Proactively communicate updates, new features and more through email, newsletters and social media.

  • Promote the brand through various social media channels.

  • Updating and maintaining website by writing blogs and articles.
