Senior Engineer

Edinburgh £700/day+ 12 Month Contract (likely to be extended)

Eden Scott have partnered with a large multinational company specialising in aerospace, defence and security. This 12-month contract will be based fully on site in Edinburgh and will work to a shift pattern (likely to be either 4 days on 4 days off OR an early/back shift model).

Responsibilities:

You will be involved in a wide variety of engineering activities including, but not limited to, involvement with the design and development of solutions for Automatic Test Equipment systems, integration testing, qualification, certification and customer acceptance. This will involve liaison with internal/external customers, other functions within the Integrated Project Team (IPT) and engineering sub-contractors as well as:

• Hardware and software integration of test programs


• Development and deployment of test programs


• Design of systems, interfaces and cable assemblies


• Liaison with IPT functions.


• Support to production


• Liaison with external customers

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multinational company on an initial 12 month contract with extensions potentially likely. This role is inside IR35.
