Warehouse Op erative / Relief Driver

We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Operative / Relief Driver to join our client's fast-paced logistics team based in Edinburgh. This hybrid role combines hands-on warehouse duties with some driving responsibilities to cover team absences.

The Role:

• Collect equipment from multiple on-site departments


• Prepare and complete collection/delivery documentation


• Check calibration certificates, affix calibration labels


• Conduct visual damage checks


• Log and register equipment


• Ship and palletise equipment for other UK sites


• Liaise with customers regarding collection points


• Adhere to all site PPE, safety, and lab rules


• Relief driving to cover driver absences


• Use IT system to log dispatch and goods receipt

Experience:

• Previous logistics or warehouse experience preferred


• Full, UK driving licence is essential


• Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Confident with Microsoft Office and basic IT systems


• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC Level) - minimum of 5 years permanent UK residency

Salary:
£25,000 per annum

Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
