Karen Kerr is a highly experienced recruitment professional with over 28 years of recruitment expertise across financial services and business support markets. Originally from Dublin, Karen began her recruitment career in 1998 in York, where she specialised in supplying temporary industrial staff before relocating to Edinburgh in 2000 to focus on the recruitment of skilled Financial Services professionals.
Karen joined Eden Scott in March 2006 and has since become an integral part of the business. As Business Manager for Financial Services, she leads the delivery of both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions across Scotland, partnering with a wide range of financial institutions, wealth management firms, investment companies, and professional services organisations.
Throughout her career, Karen has successfully recruited across a broad spectrum of roles including Operations, Client Services, Sales Support, Paraplanning, Advice, Risk & Compliance, Project & Change Management, Business Relationship Management, Middle Office, Back Office, and Senior Leadership positions. Her extensive market knowledge, long-standing industry relationships, and consultative approach have enabled her to build a trusted reputation with both clients and candidates alike.
