Affordable Housing. Exceptional Care

Work With Trust

The Trust Story

Trust is a leading national social landlord and care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable homes and support services across Scotland. Its portfolio of 3,943 homes spans 23 of Scotland’s 32 local authority areas, with one-third of the business located in North Lanarkshire. While it delivers services across the length and breadth of Scotland, its main offices are located in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Wishaw.

Trust provides housing and services for households of all ages - including general needs, mid-market rent, and share ownership - and it is one of the country’s largest providers of housing, care, and support for later living.
However, Trust is much more than a landlord and service provider. It is an organisation that cares and is here to make a positive difference in the lives of its customers and the communities it serves. Its customers and communities are at the heart of everything it does, and its services are very people-focused.

Trust currently employs around 720 people in roles ranging from landlord, care, catering, and repairs and maintenance to digital and data, finance, human resources, service design, and communications. They are very proud to be Fair Work First employers and an Investors in People Platinum organisation.

Trust is an innovator in its sector and is a growing organisation that has grown from 2500 to almost 4000 homes over the last five years. They offer a warm welcome to partnership, seeking out new relationships with partners who will bring fresh ideas and align with their values, and help them do more for their customers, communities and employees.
