As Head of Visitor Enterprise, you’ll oversee all visitor operations at Balmoral Estate, managing varied attractions and experiences to deliver a consistently high-quality visit for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop both permanent and seasonal staff
• Maintain 5-star Visit Scotland standards across visitor areas and uphold sustainability credentials
• Drive strong performance in retail and catering
• Ensure top-tier safeguarding, Health & Safety and licensing compliance
• Manage budgets, maximise revenue and protect quality
• Oversee engaging exhibitions and lead digital and marketing activity
• Deliver the annual events programme, including RunBalmoral
• Manage heritage assets and produce clear monthly operational reports
