What Is TalentSpark?
TalentSpark is a recruitment service created to help early-stage businesses find the right talent to grow.
As part of the Eden Scott group, this start-up talent service was established in 2015 and has worked tirelessly to establish itself as a crucial element of Scotland’s vibrant Market Square.
Since our launch, we have worked with some inspiring businesses that have projected Scotland’s talent on the global stage. We’ve supported the likes of Skyscanner, FanDuel, Novosound, Tembo (formerly Nude), Dyneval and many more.
A Strong Network
We’ve also partnered with some of the country’s top institutions, including the University of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heriot-Watt and St Andrews, to help them grow their commercial offering and advise the many spin-outs emerging.
The TalentSpark team have partnered with incubators at Bayes Centre and the Net Zero Technology Centre and invested in events such as EIE, Converge and Scottish Edge.
We are also a founding partner of Invest2Scale, Scotland’s first scale-up conference.
