Our Story began in 2003 with a desire for something different. Having amassed a wealth of experience, our three intrepid founders Guy, Chris and Michelle, decided to leave one of Scotland's biggest recruiters in search of another way.

In order to find the top candidates, Eden Scott currently has more than 40 recruiters spread across three locations and more than 15 sectors.

It shows that we have a group of skilled recruiters who face up to the market. For companies of every size, we offer recruitment services for permanent, contract and temporary positions. 

Along with recruiting, we design and conduct assessment centres, produce appealing digital recruitment campaigns and created Talent Spark, a recruitment solution tailored exclusively for start-up businesses.
