Eden Scott Energy Going From Strength to Strength

Connor Sandison
It is an exciting time for the renewable energy sector in Scotland, and Eden Scott Energy is growing to cope with the increasing demand on our team.

Connor Sandison is joining Iain Atkinson's team to take on the challenge of finding the right talent for this growing market.

Recent reports reveal that over £30 billion is set to be invested in renewable energy projects in the North-East of Scotland alone over the next decade. Transformational initiatives like the £3.5 billion MarramWind Floating Offshore Wind Farm and the £1.1 billion Acorn Carbon Capture and Storage project showcase the scale of opportunities in the region.

Our Energy team has become a critical partner for many of the sector's key players. With a team based in the North East and central Scotland, we are ideally placed to support the sector with the right talent.
Connor will focus on developing the offshore wind market, particularly at the middle management level, and finding and placing innovative, exciting new talent in the industry.

Iain Atkinson, Director, said:

"We are at an exciting time in the industry, and our team is operating at full capacity. There is a massive demand for talent as Scotland tackles the challenges of its Net Zero ambitions, and we are excited to have Connor join the team.

He is an experienced consultant who knows and understands the market really well. He is passionate about the sector, and he is the perfect fit for the team. We look forward to watching him grow in his role as Senior Consultant."

Connor Sandison, Senior Consultant said:

"I have tracked the Eden Scott team for some time and monitored their progress. Their name has become synonymous with talent in the energy sector in Scotland, and when an opportunity became available, I jumped at the chance.

I am excited to get started and looking forward to making my mark on the sector."
