About ELHA
East Lothian Housing Association (ELHA) is a Scottish charity and registered social landlord, established in 1988, providing affordable housing across East Lothian. It operates from its head office at 18–20 Market Street, Haddington.
ELHA’s core purpose is to provide, manage, and develop good-quality affordable rented homes in East Lothian, of which there are now nearly 1,500 homes.
ELHA also has a wholly owned subsidiary, R3 Repairs Limited, that provides repairs, maintenance, improvements and property services across East Lothian and surrounding areas.

As the Data & Technology Manager, you will:
- Support delivery of our data & digital strategy
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, partners and suppliers
- Embed strong data governance and insight-driven decision-making
- Modernise systems and services through cloud, automation and digital solutions
- Deliver change projects that make a meaningful difference to staff and communities

What Your First Year Might Look Like
Your first 12 months could include:
- Working with the Director of Finance & Corporate Services to deliver the digital & data roadmap
- Strengthening data governance and reporting processes
- Building insights from our data
- Supporting sharepoint migration or system upgrades
- Enhancing digital self-service for customers
- Improving internal systems and user experience
You’ll have support, resources and the autonomy to make a lasting difference.
