Fran brings 15 years of recruitment and account management experience, working closely with organisations across a wide range of sectors and building trusted partnerships throughout the Grampian region. Fran specialises in recruiting across a diverse portfolio of commercial, technical, and operational roles. This includes general office and business support positions such as reception, EA/PA, Office Management, and administrative roles, as well as legal support appointments ranging from legal administrators to paralegals and legal secretaries. She also supports facilities teams and non-technical sales functions, including internal sales, business development, sales management, and property sales roles.
Alongside this, Fran recruits within marketing teams at all levels, from administration and coordination through to management. Her experience also extends into technical and project-focused environments, covering mechanical technicians, project engineers, project coordinators, managers, and associated technical administration roles.
She regularly supports document control, inspection and quality administration, and HSE coordination functions, as well as workshop and warehouse-based positions. This includes supply chain and logistics roles such as expediting, inventory control, contracts administration, materials coordination, logistics, and planning.
