Since it opened its doors nearly four decades ago, Norscot has focused on developing a great culture amongst its team.
This family-owned business works hard to ensure its team of over 60 employees across both locations are working towards the same company vision. The company currently enjoys an annual turnover in excess of £5 million.
Norscot is proud to support the local community in different ways, from collections for the local food bank, sponsoring local schools and sports clubs and choosing a Highland-based charity to support each year.
