The Opportunity
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of nursery operations across the site. Working closely with the Directors, the successful candidate will lead teams, coordinate resources and ensure operational activities are delivered efficiently within a busy seasonal environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating supervisors, team leaders, seasonal workers and agency labour across the nursery.
- Overseeing production, stock control, dispatch readiness, site standards, health & safety and operational performance.
- Driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement and clear communication across both bare-root and cell-grown operations.
