Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a leading Private Wealth Management firm to recruit a Client Services Administrator
You'll join a highly regarded private wealth team, supporting advisers in delivering exceptional service to clients while gaining valuable exposure to financial planning, investment administration, and client relationship management.
As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and maintaining excellent service standards for clients. You will assist with both existing client servicing and the onboarding of new clients, ensuring that all administrative and operational processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
Successful candidates may gain exposure to a variety of client service and operational functions, providing an excellent foundation for a long-term career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Process ad hoc and regular client payments across investment products including ISAs, SIPPs, bonds and investment accounts.
- Monitor cash reconciliations and outstanding fee activity.
- Manage and track asset transfers, liaising with clients, providers and internal stakeholders.
- Process Letters of Authority and obtain policy and plan information from providers.
- Analyse client information and prepare documentation for technical support teams.
- Process client change requests, including amendments to personal and banking details.
- Prepare client reports, valuations, performance summaries and transaction statements.
- Support the onboarding of new business and the completion of application documentation.
- Assist with account closures and bereavement-related administration.
- Liaise with third-party providers to ensure client instructions are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Ensure all client correspondence is accurate, professional and issued promptly.
- Manage incoming communications and allocate work appropriately.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Provide support on additional projects and tasks as required.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience within client services, administration or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Understanding of operational administration processes is desirable.
- Comfortable working with systems and managing detailed information An interest in working towards industry qualifications, such as the CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, would be beneficial.
