IFA Sales Support

Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm based in Glasgow. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an IFA Administrator to join their close-knit team of four professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months' experience within an IFA, Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Financial Services Administration environment who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and collaborative business.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider administration team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an excellent client service experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing new business applications
• Obtaining valuations and policy information from providers
• Supporting advisers with client reviews and ongoing servicing requirements
• Producing suitability report packs and client documentation
• Managing client correspondence and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with product providers, platforms and investment companies
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system
• Handling client queries in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with compliance and regulatory administration where required

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Services administration role
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience dealing with financial services providers and client documentation
• A professional and client-focused approach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
